Iako se čini da u Splitu na svakom koraku niču velebne novogradnje i da više nema slobodan niti jedan metar kvadratni, ipak u gradu podno Marjana još se uvijek nađe pokoja parcela na prodaju.

Iako se čini da u Splitu na svakom koraku niču velebne novogradnje i da više nema slobodan niti jedan metar kvadratni, ipak u gradu podno Marjana još se uvijek nađe pokoja parcela na prodaju.

Na susjednim Mejašima čeka vas još više kvadrata za deset tisuća eura više. Enormnih 2810 kvadrata se dijeli na više parcela koje su oko 600 metara udaljene od Karepovca. Prema lokacijskoj informaciji, čestice se nalaze dijelom u zoni mješovite namjene, dijelom u koridoru prometnice i dijelom u zoni poslovne namjene. Peto najjeftinije zemljište je podosta udaljeno od centra i nalazi se na području Sirobuje, prema Kamenskom polju. Za skoro tisuću kvadrata traži se također 300 tisuća eura, a u oglasu piše kako je dozvoljena izgradivost 30 posto, odnosno tlocrtno 250 metara kvadratnih.
